mr: lost 22 lbs and a total of 8.25 inches

mrs: lost 10.8 lbs and a total of 5.50 inches

not bad! and we are still pluggin' along.

• your hands are super dry from the mortar and there just doesn't seem to be enough lotion.  
• some order has returned to the house, but it's going to take a while for the dust to settle - or unsettle.
• now that the house is somewhat in order - you HAVE to do laundry.
