  • Day 16! we are in the last week of the Ultimate Reset.  the past week has been good and this week will be great.  but let's just admit that it stinks to watch your family eat steak and potatoes while you are eating veggies.
  • you also want to be honest - you are worried about impending failure.  the meals have been so straight forward and planned for the last couple of weeks.  you still want to lose weight and the progress should be motivation enough for moving forward and sticking to it, but let's face it, it's going to be hard and continue to take a lot of effort. camping and vacation are not excuse to let go and forget what you've learned! you and the mr. have been doing a lot of planning and discussing the game plan.
  • the bathroom has been fully demolished and we are now beginning to put it back together.  
  • installing a tub is terrible.
  • it was mother's day yesterday and your 28th birthday last week.  it has been wonderful to celebrate what the Lord has blessed you with over the last 28 years and your wonderful mom and mom-in-law.
